Anyone can request the viewing, confirmation of existence, or deletion of personal video information at any time from the operator of the video information processing device. However, access is limited to footage in which the individual is clearly identified, or in urgent cases related to the life, body, or property of the data subject. Upon receiving such a request, the company will respond promptly.
Measures to Ensure the Security of Video Information
The video information processed by our company is safely managed through encryption measures. As an administrative approach to protect personal video information, we assign different levels of access authority depending on the role. To prevent tampering and falsification of personal video data, we log and manage the creation date, access purpose, access personnel, and access time whenever the information is accessed. Furthermore, to ensure the secure physical storage of personal video information, locking devices are installed.
Matters Regarding Changes to the Operation and Management Policy for Video Information Processing Device
This operation and management policy was established on August 1, 2025. In the event of additions, deletions, or revisions due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, such changes and their reasons will be publicly announced.
